www.collegeboard.com: This is where to go for any questions about the SAT test. www.heath.gwu.edu: From the Heath Resource Center of George Washington University, this site is a national clearinghouse for information on higher education opportunities for people with disabilities. The site also can be read in Spanish. www.yesican.gov: A relatively new site, this is from the White House's Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans. Click on "Post-Secondary" to get to the information geared toward college. It provides a good step-by-step explanation of types of colleges, testing, finances and the application process. The site also can be viewed in Spanish.

good assessment tools that can be taken online, as well as information on
internships, salaries and the job market. www.fafsa.ed.gov: This is the U.S. Department of Education's site for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid online. www.finaid.org: This is a commercially-sponsored site with information about various aspects of student financial aid. |
